Non Returnable Items

  • Orders Beyond 180 Days: Refund requests submitted after the 180 day window cannot be processed, with no exceptions.
  • Items Without Proof Of Purchase: We require a valid order number or proof of purchase for all returns.
  • Third Party Purchases: Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, or retail stores) are not eligible for refunds through Sciatica Defense. Please contact the original seller directly.
