Sciatica Defense ships exclusively within the United States. We currently do not ship to international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, or any US territories outside the 50 states.

Shipping Rates

We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping with no hidden fees at checkout. Your rate is calculated automatically based on your order total.

Orders Under $100

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (3 to 5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $10.99 (1 to 2 business days)

Orders $100 And Above

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0.00 (3 to 5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $12.99 (1 to 2 business days)

Our 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles automatically qualify for free standard shipping, so you never pay more to stock up.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day typically process the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that transit time begins after your order ships, not when you place the order.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us. Most delays resolve on their own within this window.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
  2. Check your mailbox, porch, and any secure delivery locations.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  4. If the package cannot be located, email us at support@sciaticadefense.org within 7 days of the reported delivery date and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  2. Email us at support@sciaticadefense.org within 72 hours of delivery.
  3. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@sciaticadefense.org. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to reroute the package.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.

PO Boxes And APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be slightly longer than standard timeframes.

Holiday Shipping

During major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Independence Day, etc.) and peak shopping seasons, shipping times may be extended by 1 to 3 business days. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.

Order Modifications And Cancellations

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@sciaticadefense.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request before shipping.
